How do i know if counselling or psychotherapy will be helpful?
How long does counselling last?
Counselling sessions last 50 minutes and are usuually weekly although this can vary depending on individual needs. The number of sessions can vary between individuals and is dependant on what you would like to work on.
How do i pay for counselling?
Face to face counselling sessions should be paid for at the end of each session. This will be discussed in your first session. Sessions can be paid by cash or card.
Can i have counselling on-line or by telephone?
Yes. We do offer counselling on line via email or by video conferencing or telephone. We use secure encripted platforms to offer this service and keep your details safe. Its important if you choose this as an option of working that you are able to comit to work in a safe confidential space where you wont be interupted or disturbed.
