About Chala Counselling and Psychotherapy Service

At Chala we offer specialist, confidential, specifically tailored therapy for clients based on each individual's own unique needs and circumstances.


Chala counselling & Psychotherapy service offers a person centred approach to therapy to help with a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, low confidence and self esteem issues, relationship problems, stress, phobias, anger problems, body image, self harming, abuse, trauma issues, bereavement and more.

We are able to offer daytime, evening and weekend appointments. Sessions can be face to face or over the phone or via email or video link. We also offer canine facilitated therapy sessions and equine facilitated therapy session (at a different location). If you are interested either of these please get in touch.

We offer some free or subsidised spaces for people who need them. In order to access these please contact us directly. These sessions are limited to a maximum of 8 sessions per person.
